28 GBPS DFB Laser Diode Chips

Use these distributed feedback (DFB) laser diode chips to build optical transceivers and other components needing a few mW of 13XX nm laser output.

These InP laser diode chips are ideal for 13XX nm fiber optical datacom and do not require the cost and complexity of an optical isolator. Both types feature low relative intensity noise (RIN) of -132 dB/Hz1/2.

28 Gbps – Laser Diode Chips

Choose FP models for single-channel systems and where low-cost is paramount. Use the DFB chips for CWDM and LWDM applications needing tight wavelength control.
