These high-performance, high-reliability devices are engineered with low electrical parasitics for maximum data rates up to 14 Gbps or 25 Gbps. They feature low operating voltage with a topside anode and cathode configuration for easy integration.

Use these compact arrays when you need high (~0.60 A/W) responsivity, low (typ. a few pA) dark current, and low (~125 fF) capacitance. They are Halogen & RoHS compliant.
