F-Theta Scan Lenses for Long-Wave Infrared
Speed up CO2 laser-based materials processing tasks with F-theta scan lenses that enable rapid processing over a large scan field.
These scan lenses deliver small focused spot sizes with minimum distortion over large fields-of-view, thus enabling high-speed operation in marking, engraving, welding, rapid prototyping, PCB via drilling, and converting applications.
F-Theta Scan Lens Features
- Internally grown and fabricated, low optical absorption ZnSe lenses
- High uniformity of lens point spread function over the design field of view
- Standard low-loss AR coatings for emission bands of CO2 isotopologue lasers from 9.2 to 10.6 μm
- Customized housing designs available on request to enhance integration into existing systems
- Designs featuring one to six optical elements
- Protection windows available with exceptionally hard, inert coatings
- Precision fabrication and assembly of opto-mechanical components
