The aim of this course is to give the user an overview of the basics of image processing in the first step. Then, in the second step, the user will be enabled to handle the processing system independently, including the detection and elimination of operator errors.
Topics: Basics about image processing, illumination, camera. Search parameters (vision-types and search-tools). Hardware settings (camera / resolution / illumination). Defining windows and views. Diagnostic tools.Hands-on: Determination / calculation of the camera resolution (pixel resolution) Creation of a new vision type. Try of several different position-recognition-tools. Creating a Script-Program using the Probamus® -III Toolbox - Running two position-recognition processes in an automated manner. Calculating search-area in dynamic dependence on the result of a pre-search. Calculation of the crossing-point between two lines (four points).
Prerequisites: Solid basic knowledge of Windows-based PCs and experience in the operation of Microsoft WIN is required.
