High-Power Single Emitter Laser Diodes
Get multiple watts of output power at 808 nm or 9xx nm from a single emitter device, for pumping next-generation fiber lasers and other high-power laser diode applications.
These laser diodes are p-side down mounted on a submount that is attached to a C-mount. They feature our unique E2 front mirror passivation process that prevents Catastrophic Optical Damage (COD) to the laser diode facet even at extremely high output powers.
