Exact Weld 410 - Operation and Maintenance

The course prepares students to setup a welding process (geometry, laser parameters), operate the ExactWeld 410 system, and judge and adjust process parameters. Basic maintenance work is covered as well.After successful completion, students should be able to create recipes (product descriptions), operate the system, evaluate error messages, and perform basic maintenance work.

Topics: Laser and electrical safety; system overview and options; recipes created with LaserFrameWork (HMI) incl. CNC commands, laser parameters and their effects, production runs, and daily maintenance.

Prerequisites: A basic understanding of multi-axes CNC systems and laser welding.
