Extensive hands-on laboratory time allows students to test their knowledge and develop skills to ensure that they are capable of operating and maintaining the beam delivery system safely.

Topics: Function of all main modules like Attenuator, Homogenizer, Projection lens, Telescope, and Field lens; Safety aspects and sources of hazards; Operation of the system in different working modes and duty circles; Performance check. System maintenance procedures like Seal window exchange and optical beam path alignment.

Prerequisites: Complete product knowledge requires a basic understanding of electrical/electronic functions and optical physics. Students should be able to read and speak English or the local language, depending on the training center's location.
