ExactCut / Weld 430 Setup Course

The course prepares students to setup and operate the ExactCut / Weld 430 system, control and adjust the machine setup, create, and modify recipes. Basic CNC program structures will be created and analyzed. The fundamentals of laser parameters are explained, and their effects will be discussed on customer product samples if available. After successful completion, students should be able to setup and operate the system, create recipes, and adjust laser parameters.

Prerequisites: A basic understanding of multi axes CNC systems and programming skills.
