The Powerline-C Maintenance, Service, and Operation course is designed for people that service and maintain the Powerline-C and laser system. The course covers theory of operation, safety regulations, advanced laser theory for the system, operation and preventive maintenance and learn how to optimize “the laser power measuring process”. Students will learn to identify proper operation (based on the key/control Software StarFlex) and will be qualified to diagnose faults at the basic level.
Topics: Laser, electrical and lab safety; daily operation; specifications; site requirements, basic theory of operation; advanced troubleshooting, beam mode analysis and beam alignment.
Prerequisites: Complete product knowledge requires a thorough understanding of various electronic devices and their role in the circuit. Students should be able to read schematics and relate them to the actual assembly of printed circuit boards and any other applied circuitry.
