LabelMarker Advanced – Operation and Maintenance

The course is directed toward experienced maintenance personnel with as much in-depth knowledge in electronics as possible who, by attending this course, will be able to independently operate and maintain the LabelMarker Advanced. In addition, the training participant shall become able to personally analyze and correct errors which may occur. This training is intended to take place at the customer's site during the initial setup.

Topics: Laser and electrical safety; Overview about the components of the laser system; Introduction to the operation of the user interface, Overview and function of the LaserConsole, Properties, function, and maintenance of the Foil Transportation Unit. Introduction into the VMC-FOIL Software and execution of simple Layouts.

Optional Topics: More in-depth VLM programming and application training is available upon request.

Prerequisites: Experienced maintenance personnel. Basic Electromechanical principles and safety knowledge is required.
