The Slab RCU OEM course is designed for people who integrate the Slab RCU laser into their own system. The course covers the theory of safety regulations and principles of laser operation, integration, and commissioning. Students will learn to identify proper operation and will be qualified to diagnose faults at the advanced level.
Topics: Laser, electrical, and lab safety, basic laser theory, basic operation, specifications, installation, site requirements, and troubleshooting. The GUI software will be installed on the customer maintenance PC.
Optional Topics: Small inspection procedure.
Note: At the end of the course, the students get a certification with a validity duration of 18 months. After 18 months, we recommend a refreshment training (3 days) to renew the certification.
Prerequisites: Students need an electrical qualification. Complete product knowledge requires a thorough understanding of various electronic devices and their role in the circuit. Students should be able to read schematics and relate them to the actual assembly of printed circuit boards and any other applied circuitry.
A PC with a LAN or USB interface and admin rights is required (bring it with you to your training!).
