Enrollment Requirements
To ensure a safe, effective, and productive learning experience, the following prerequisites apply:
- Laser System Access: The attendee must have access to the specific laser system covered in the course
- Laser Safety Training: Completing Coherent’s online laser safety awareness training and passing the associated quiz is required before attending.
- On-Site Training Requirements: An appropriate laser system and suitable training space must be available throughout the session for on-site training.
- Language Requirements: Most courses are conducted in English; select sessions may be offered in local languages.
- Technical Familiarity: A basic understanding of schematics and block diagrams is recommended for optimal learning.
- Legal Compliance (Germany Only): In accordance with German law, attendees must hold an electrical qualification to participate in service and repair training involving electrically sensitive devices.
