Transmission Gratings

Use transmission gratings to angularly disperse light by wavelength and benefit from our proprietary fabrication method that delivers both economy and superior performance.

These gratings feature high diffraction efficiency (95% typical) and low polarization-dependent loss (PDL), minimizing losses particularly in multipass designs. Their high optical damage threshold is ideal for use with high-energy pulsed and CW laser systems.

Transmission Gratings – Some Key Specifications

Use gratings supporting both S and P polarizations over the operation wavelength range; the diffraction efficiency is simply the average efficiency of S and P polarization.
