Coherent’s high-speed transimpedance amplifiers (TIAs) deliver best-in-class noise performance, excellent linearity and power efficiency for data rates up to 224Gbps PAM-4 and up to 64GBaud coherent modulation. These enable high-performance receiver operation over a wide optical power range.

Designed for AI infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, and high-speed optical modules - both IMDD and coherent - our feature-rich TIAs enable system designers to accelerate the develoment of next-generation high-performance receivers while optimizing solution cost and power efficiency.
