The S7500 Tunable Laser Family is a cutting-edge solution built on a monolithic Indium Phosphide (InP) platform that integrates an MG-Y laser with a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA). Designed for high-speed C-band tuning without mechanical adjustments, the S7500 delivers rapid wavelength sweeping ideal for sensing applications.
The integrated SOA enables precise power control and dark tuning, while a built-in wavelength locker ensures long-term frequency and power stability within 50 GHz ITU grid specs. Housed in a compact, hermetically sealed package with polarization-maintaining fiber, the S7500 is optimized for seamless integration with external modulators.
