Ms. Neal-Graves is an accomplished technology executive, attorney, and corporate director with more than 35 years of executive leadership experience across semiconductors, telecommunications, cloud computing, healthcare, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. She brings expertise in technology governance, enterprise risk, digital transformation, innovation strategy, and regulated industries, having held senior leadership positions with Intel Corporation, Zayo Group, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Deloitte, JPMorgan Chase, and Unisys. Most recently, she served as Chief Executive Officer of the Aurora Wellness Community, a nonprofit affiliated with the University of Colorado School of Medicine, and previously served as Chief Innovation Officer for the Colorado Attorney General.

In addition to serving on theBoard of Directors of Coherent Corp., Ms. Neal-Graves serves on the boards of the Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC) and Arkansas Legal Aid and previously served on the Colorado State Board of Health. She earned a bachelor of science in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Hampton University, a master's in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence emphasis) from Michigan State University, a master's in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School.
