850 Single Mode Polarization-Locked VCSELs
Choose these 850 nm VCSELs for demanding sensing applications that benefit from their single transverse and longitudinal mode output and their locked linear polarization.
These VCSELs output a symmetrical gaussian beam with up to 90 mW, simplifying the demands on downstream optics. Their linear polarization is locked relative to the vertical chip edge and their backside cathode and topside anode configuration simplifies integration.
