Shirley Reha

Chief Human Resources Officer

Shirley Reha joined Coherent Corp. in 2019 following the merger with Finisar. At Finisar, she was Vice President, Global Employee Services, a role she held since 2017. Ms. Reha has served a number of companies in a wide range of human resource management posts, including Vice President of Human Resources for Space Systems Loral, Trident Microsystems, and Adaptec Inc.

Ms. Reha holds a B.A. in Mass Communication and Business Education from Eastern Illinois University and an M.S. in Organizational Communication from Southern Illinois University.
