GeoLasPro utilizes sophisticated homogenizing optics to ensure accurate and shallow depth control, along with flat-bottom craters. Using 193 nm wavelength in solid sampling produces smaller particle sizes, highest signal intensities and lowest intrinsic fractionation due to optimum material-light interaction.
